The 1200 m² stock office in Põlluvälja industrial park got its cornerstone on the 5th of September in 2018. The construction work was finished in November 2018. Having a heating system which can be controlled by a smart device, it is one of the most unique developments on the whole island. Its contemporary lighting solutions bring out the exterior facade and the design of the building.
