Built in 2008, the apartment building of Tallinna 19b is located on the heritage reserve of the old town of Kuressaare. There are 4 apartments in the building, all of which are built through two floors. The apartments have four rooms each – the hall, two bedrooms and a sauna on the first floor, and the living room, a bedroom and the kitchen on the second. The average size of the apartments is 90 m². The surface area of the whole building is 415 m², with 50 m² of commercial premises on the first floor.
