In cooperation with Saaremaa Parish, a 21-apartment rental house in the centre of Kuressaare will be built on Kitsas street 16. The rental property will serve as an efficient relief to a problem the island has been facing for years.
Companies depending on mobile workforce are hoping to accommodate specialists, who for now have had to settle for hotels or guest apartments, in Kitsas 16. The demand for modern housing in Kuressaare is continuing to be high. Although the project does not eliminate the problem entirely, we can still say that we have taken a small step towards a big process. The rental property will be finished by 2021.
